I’m Bernarda Alvarez, and I belong to the 3rd generation of my family business. My grandfather, Jose Luis Alvarez Burbano de Lara, founded CIALCO to promote, develop and execute projects in the industrial, construction, tourism and education sectors. Even though I do not work at my family business, I am aware of the significance of ownership matters and I am passionate about the unique and complex dynamic that intertwine families and businesses.

With 12 years of experience in marketing, I have honed my skills and expertise in this field. I am currently employed at FBN, where I actively contribute my knowledge and skills to drive successful community and member strategies. Additionally, I have had experience working at leading companies like Nike, Nestlé and Meta.
