My name is Edoardo Boroli, and I am part of the fourth generation of the De Agostini Group. With a background steeped in management, technology, and finance, I bring a diverse skill set to my endeavors.

My professional journey after studies in Economics and management began at Amadeus, a global leader in travel technology, where I cultivated my passion for aviation while serving as an airline business consultant.

After several years spent abroad in France and the UK, I decided to move back to Italy and I currently serve in the Board of Directors of Reios, an IoT technology startup born in Novara (where I am originally from) and now part of a fast-growing, niche American IT company. Here, I oversee sales, marketing, finance, and staff management.

Beyond this, I am actively involved in various privately held investments across Italy through Mega Holding, a venture I co-founded with a cousin and a group of friends. In this role we select investment opportunities in the food and media sectors, committing to young entrepreneurs and contributing to the transformation of our economy.

When it comes to the family business, I sit on the Board of Directors of DeAgostini Editore, our publishing company. But most importantly to me, I am actively dedicated to nurturing the diverse next generation of our family business through a structured program revolving around fostering their knowledge of our group and history, their education and professional development as well as networking with other family businesses.
