Mindi Vanden Bosch
G3 Vermeer Corporation
Mindi Vanden Bosch is vice president of operations at Vermeer Corporation, a global industrial and agricultural equipment company making a real impact on important work happening around the world. Mindi is a third-generation family member helping lead the business started by her grandfather and Company Founder Gary Vermeer.
Mindi joined Vermeer in 2008 and has held leadership roles in marketing, finance, human resources, continuous improvement, dealer development, and Forage Solutions, leading to her current role as vice president of operations since February 2022.
Mindi also holds important leadership roles on the family side of the business, such as a long term role on the Ownership Council as well as other committees, as she and the family work to ensure Vermeer’s success long into the future. Along with her passion for family business, Mindi is committed to the industry and other causes important to her as she serves on the Cambridge Air Solutions and Calvin University boards.
Prior to joining Vermeer, Mindi worked in continuous improvement at Cascade Engineering and at Fifth Third Bank as a treasury management officer both located in Grand Rapids, MI.
Mindi graduated from Calvin University with a Bachelor of Science in business communication and earned her Masters of Business Administration from Davenport University, both in Michigan. Mindi and her husband, Frank, live in Pella, IA with their three children.
