He was born in Adana-Turkiye in 1993 and studied at Moscow State University. During his university education, he founded and served as CEO of startup companies such as 10 Seconds and TheGardrobe with his partners. After graduating, he moved to the USA and held various positions at the Hamdi Ulukaya Initiative by Chobani.

He returned to Turkey in 2018 and, as a third-generation leader, took over both family companies, Goldeks Textile from his paternal side and Sonmez Inc. from his maternal side. Goldeks Textile, which transitioned from producing raw cloth to finished fabric, is today a fabric manufacturer and supplier for the world’s largest ready-made clothing chains and famous Italian brands. Sonmez Inc. is a company that owns and manages historic buildings in Istanbul.
